1. Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. treasureph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted in your specific location within the Philippines before registering.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the treasureph platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. treasureph will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to secure their account credentials.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, and Cebuana Lhuillier, subject to availability and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on our FAQ page and are subject to identity verification requirements. treasureph does not charge processing fees on standard transactions, but your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Any bonuses, free credits, or promotional offers made available on the platform are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, and expiry dates apply to all promotional offers and must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension. treasureph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

All players are expected to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited: use of automatedsoftware, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage; collusion with other players; exploitation of software errors or glitches; use of fraudulent payment methods; and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes. treasureph employs monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns, and any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. Winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be voided and any remaining balance may be withheld. Players who believe they have encountered a technical error during gameplay should contact support immediately rather than continuing to play under the affected conditions. All disputes arising from suspected prohibited conduct will be reviewed by our compliance team, whose decision will be final.

Our total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
